Policy Overview
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and venue owners. Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to your event date. Please note that service fees are generally non-refundable.
Refund Schedule
Cancel at least 7 days before your event date to receive a full refund of the venue fee. Service fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 3-7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the venue fee.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
Same-day cancellations are not eligible for any refund.
Special Circumstances
If a venue owner cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund including service fees, and we'll help you find an alternative venue.
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If the venue is not as described or has significant issues, contact us immediately. We'll investigate and provide appropriate refunds or alternatives.
How to Cancel a Booking
- Log into your account and navigate to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm your cancellation
- Review refund details based on cancellation timing
- Receive confirmation via email with refund timeline
Refund Processing
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after cancellation approval.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
Service Fees: Service fees are non-refundable except in cases of venue owner cancellation or platform errors.
